- Handle customer queries and provide assistance regarding vehicle registration, tax, and insurance matters.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely submission of reports to higher authorities.
- Ensure compliance with state and national regulations related to vehicle registration and transportation.
- Train and supervise junior staff in handling RTO procedures and customer interactions.
