Presales Strategy: Develop and implement presales strategies to support sales targets and overall business goals
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers during the pre-sales process, understanding their needs, and providing technical solutions and demonstrations
Solution Presentations: Lead product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of the company's products or services
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates, enhancements, and industry trends
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical support and addressing customer inquiries to drive successful sales outcomes
Proposal Development: Assist in developing customized proposals and solutions to meet customer requirements and expectations
RFP/RFI Responses: Lead the preparation and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Proof of Concept (POC): Oversee and coordinate the creation and execution of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and confidence in the company's capabilities
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine presales strategies and offerings
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical teams to align presales efforts with the company's overall strategy
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze presales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to management for continuous improvement
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for the presales team to enhance their technical and presentation skills
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from customer interactions to product management and engineering teams to support product improvements and innovations
