This is permanent Work From Home opportunity. Selected candidates get to work closely with our senior team experienced in US recruitment and will be provided all the required resources to succeed in this role.
An ideal candidate we would like to work with is someone who has a clean style of communication and is creative, excellent English written and spoken skills which is essential for this role.
We are looking at candidates having 1+ years of experience in USA staffing and recruitment industry.
Compensation:
Will be paid as below:
A) Fixed Compensation: Rs 20000 to Rs 25000 per month depending on experience.
Plus
B) Variable Compensation:
1.Rs 500/- will be paid for each profile submission.
2.Rs 1000/- will be paid for each submitted candidate attend client interview.
3.Rs 25,000/- will be paid additional bonus for each placement.
4.10% annual bonus on yearly variable earnings.
5.Health insurance for the entire family after first placement on words.
Eligible candidates will get Provident Fund, Paid sick and casual leaves, performance bonus etc.
Selected Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan, initiate, and develop successful recruiting techniques in a highly competitive market
2. Manage a large workload while maintaining excellent records
3. Understand technical skills and network with people in new technologies
4. Source and screen qualified candidates at various levels
5. Source profile by means of job-posting and managing portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, linkedin Recruiter Pro, social networking sites, etc.
6. Design campaigns using email, websites, fan pages, and social media.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. Are available for work from home 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST and bring their own PC or Laptop.
2. Have relevant skills and interests to pursue their career in USA staffing and recruitment industry.
3.Have proven experience working with the phones and other recruiting tools to generate candidates.
4.Have experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
5.Have dedicated work space that is quiet and free from outside distractions, a high-speed internet connection, and means to attend meeting/trainings via phone/computer.
