Followings Will Be The Responsibilities Of The Position Holder
1. To perform the Environment monitoring in production and Microbiology laboratory.
2. To perform the water sampling, water analysis and trends preparation.
3. To perform bioburden testing.
4. To perform Microbial Limit test of Finish product, raw material, stability and packing material samples.
5. To perform media preparation, sterilization and qualification of media.
6. To perform growth promotion test of media.
7. Operation and Calibration of Total Organic Carbon analyzer and testing of water samples.
8. To monitor the area temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure.
9. Culture handling, sub culturing, seed lot preparation and culture suspension preparation of standard organisms.
10. Preparation of Environmental isolates for identification.
