Executive - Quality Assurance

Key Job Responsibilities :

1. To Ensure the compliance and giving lineclearance to Dispensing, Manufacturing and packaging operations for Laurel MESapplication and E-Dispensing.

2. To monitor the in process checks and toensure that in process checks carried out during manufacturing and packingactivities shall results in a product which meets the specification forElectronic Batch Records (Laurel MES).

3. To monitor and record Temperature in all storage areas.

4. O verall Review of Batch Processing and PackagingRecords and different stages of processing and packaging activities throughLaurel MES application.

5. To perform the Sampling of, unit dose sampling(blend uniformity), Composite sampling, Stratified sampling for differentattribute, Finished Product, Reserve sample, Hold time study sampling andsample submission for QC, Microbiology and Stability for Testing.

6. To inspect vehicle/Container beforeloading finished goods and for monitoring of temperature during transit offinished drug produc.

7. Online in process entry for Product Qualityreview through SAP.

8. Responsible to Calibrated IPQA instrument asper schedule.

9. Responsible for daily checking of equipment Logbooks at dispensing, manufacturing and packing areas.
