Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Purchase at Japfa Comfeed India Pvt. Ltd. located in Kharagpur. The Executive Purchase will be responsible for managing purchase orders, purchase requisitions, purchase management, and procurement. Effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

• Purchase of Raw-material for Aqua-feed
• Packing material Purchase.
• Vendor development for Aqua-feed Raw-material & educate the vendor.
• Documentation work like Deal and Purchase order creation & bill passing in SAP.
• Preparation of purchase related report.
• Import/Export Documentation work.
• ISO documentation work.

Qualifications

• Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management skills.
• Experience in procurement.
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream / Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience: - 3 to 5 years in agriculture procurement

Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in agriculture field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
