The incumbent will be responsible for the profit of the portfolio & hence should be carrying out costing/Pricing & coordination with other stakeholders such as production/QA/R & D/Sales/Purchase/ customers/suppliers at Godrej Industries Ltd - Chemicals business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Person will assist in new account development/Managing key accounts /developing suppliers/buying etc.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for driving both existing and new business opportunities for our range of products.
- To assist in product management & achieving profit targets for the product portfolio.
- Whatever it takes to achieve the above is the responsibility.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in relevant markets.
- Monthly forecast/ Customer wise costing/ Price policy to branches/Raw Material planning.
- Setting up appointments and visiting potential customers /suppliers for business.
- To support in managing sales and distribution network across the region to generate and achieve sales target and profitability through value selling.
- Establish long-term business relationships and create new projects with existing customers.
- Working closely with customers to bring in market / customer insights/Market visits.
- Act as a single point of contact to address all customer queries & complaints.
Qualification and Experience
BSc & MBA , MSc & MBA, B. Tech (Chemical Engg/ Other Engg) & Full time MBA
3-6 Years of experience in Chemical Industry (Surfactants, Oleo Chemicals, etc)
