Skills & Competencies
- Track and analyze key metrics like DAU, MAU, D1 Retention, Install, Uninstall etc.
- Creating audience segmentation, analyzing user behavior, Funnel and Cohort Analysis
- Strategize activities to increase user retention, engagement, stickiness and revenue
- Planning & implementing multi-channel marketing strategy (Push, SMS, Email, In-app, WhatsApp) via CRM tool like Mo Engage
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, A/B testing across channels for campaigns and journey flows including segmentation, messaging, frequency, send day/time, personalization etc.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for new initiatives, with a focus on driving growth and engagement
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams such Data, Product, business teams in a fast paced environment to improve the app through design, usability, content, and customer experience.
- Capable to define KPIs relevant to the business and constantly strive to measure, track and report the same.
- A/B testing and experimentation, use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Identify opportunities for new product features, improvements, and user flows that can drive growth.
