Role Description
thinKitchen is looking for a Product Executive. The candidate will be responsible for working with product team, reviewing the product portfolio, understand market trend, raise purchase orders. S/He must possess excellent data management skills to succeed at this job.
Experience : 0-3 years (freshers can apply too)
Qualification : Graduate in any field, Excel or Data Analytics course is good to have
Compensation : As per market standards
Role and Responsibilities
A. Data Management & Analysis
o Identify and analyse fast & slow-moving brands and products, products gap, white space analysis and analyse sales trends
o Update & maintain records of vendor pricing and MRP working.
o Update & maintain record of product offerings.
o Maintain data bank of new discussions of potential inbound/outbound brands/products.
B. Order Placement
o Raise order list & purchase order.
o Check order confirmation/ proforma invoice against purchase order.
o Update & maintain order tracker.
C. Market Research
o Research the market, customers, competitors, and brands to understand trends.
o Review the product portfolio and analyse/identify potential opportunities and buying patterns.
o Analyse and compare competitor product pricing.
D. Others
o Analyse and deliver periodic reporting to the management.
o Any other role or business activity that may be required by the management from time to time.
Functional Skills
o Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is a must.
o Ability to conduct market research.
o Attention to detail is very important.
o Proven ability to plan, organize and manage projects and schedule.
o Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder/project management skills.
Personal Skills
o Motivated, and enthusiastic.
