Job role: Executive Producer

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire production process from conception to completion.
- Developing and implementing production plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborating with directors, writers, and other key creative personnel to ensure the project's vision is realized.
- Supervising production staff, including directors, writers, editors, and crew members.
- Managing production logistics, such as locations, equipment, and permits.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, talent, and crew members.
- Monitoring production progress and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and industry regulations.
- Overseeing post-production activities, including editing, sound design, and visual effects.
- Marketing and promoting the final product.
- Ensuring constant clear communication with the client across all stages of the production
- Ensuring the feedback from the client is captured and addressed at all the stages of production
- Ensuring timely updates and reports to clients as per project development
- Work with the client-facing team and with the client to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an associate producer in a similar digital media/influencer marketing field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of creative professionals.
