Job Overview: As an Executive Producer/Client Service Manager at Animotion, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing content strategies within the dynamic field of content generation. This role involves hands-on engagement with real-world projects and collaboration with experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Present ideas, progress updates, and final products to clients, incorporating their feedback as necessary.

Content Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective content strategies that align with client objectives.

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content meets high-quality standards and client expectations.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into content strategies.

Project Management:

Oversee the production process from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinate with producers, directors, writers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive production process.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with creative and production teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Provide feedback and direction to team members to ensure the project aligns with the creative vision.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all projects meet the company's high standards for quality and creativity.

Review scripts, storyboards, animations, and final cuts, providing constructive feedback and approval.

Address any issues or challenges that arise during the production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of the content production process.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
