Role Description

1.This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Engineer / Procurement executive .

2.The Purchase Executive will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end sourcing process including data collection, price benchmarking, vendor research, vendor pre-qualification (sampling included), running the RFPs and auctions and presenting the award scenarios.

3.It would also involve data analytics to prepare cost and technical comparisons.

Qualifications

1.Experience in Purchasing/Sourcing services.

2.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

3.Diploma/degree in mechanical/civil engineering

4.Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing

5.Experience in the retail / manufacturing industry is a plus

6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills

7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must Have skills :-

1.Good working knowledge of online sourcing tools and processes like eRFPs and Auctions

2.Good Excel skills.

3.Good Communication skills.

4.Good understanding of at least one ERP SAP / Oracle/ etc..
