Job Title: Executive Payroll Compliance

Job Type: Permanent-WFO

Job Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicate and enforce organization values.
  2. Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies, procedures and legislations
  3. Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
  4. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
  5. Manage the development and maintenance of the Human Resources section of the organization's website, particularly sections on recruiting, culture, and company information
  6. Maintain employee-related databases.
  7. Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company
  8. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
  9. Assist with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises
  10. Provide payroll processing backend support.
  11. Partner with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database.

Skills and Experience:

  1. MBA or any equivalent degree
  2. Experience: 1-3 years
