Job Description

Role Expectations:
  • Proven experience in Packaging Material, New Product Development
  • In depth technical knowledge of Primary Packaging.
  • Good spoken and written Communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast-pace environment and manage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS office tools.

Role Deliverables:
  • Responsible for timely Launches of NPD.
  • Understanding of the recent changes to packaging regulations.
  • Prior exposure on Innovation and core development in colour cosmetics, extra points.
  • Vendor Development (Domestic and International)
  • Project Management
  • Skill set in Innovations
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management
  • Understanding on Various Printing and Decoration Techniques used in Primary and Secondary Packaging.
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Prior experience of Packaging material Procurement and Sourcing.
  • Prior exposure of working with international packaging vendors.
