Job Description

Facilitating the recruitment process. Managing the HR Operations activities; maximizing the operational excellence in the HR processes.

Deliverables

Facilitate the recruitment process i.e sourcing the resume, doing the HR screening, and scheduling the interviews with the concerned.

Drive / Facilitate the Campus Recruitments as well as hiring interns for CII

Take care of the Joining as well as the new joiner orientation process

Prepare dockets for Headcount approval, internship requests etc.

Draft Appointment letters, experience letters, transfer letter etc.

Prepare and process Vendor invoices.

HRIS Administration
