Job Summary

Qualification: Any bachelors degree

Timings: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Mon - Fri

Job Type: Work from Office

Job Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities and Duties

  • You need to handle all the day-to-day organisational tasks which usually come on an ad-hoc basis for business needs, efficiency and growth for Mellow and its Founder.
  • You must have superb communication skills and can speak fluently to employees and vendors for corporate and internal communication.
  • You need to know the Kannada language to speak to the local stakeholders and vendors to facilitate the office administration processes.
  • You need to handle the entire vendor management where you need to source them, manage them and facilitate end-to-end business needs between the company and the vendors.
  • You need to take care of the entire office inventory management by keeping records, assisting everyone with the company assets, buying more assets and repairing the assets.
  • You need to have attention to detail, an organized mindset, good at numerical, and an understanding of office administration management to handle the assets, people and office to maintain seamless efficiency and facilities for everyone associated with Mellow.
  • You will be assigned one caretaker with whom you need to do the hygiene check of the office and take care of the pantry for the office.
  • You will have to take responsibility for office work, repair and asset management of Mellow and its Founder.
  • You will have to assist the manager for project related requirements.
  • You should be open for site and vendor visits.
  • You need to have a two-wheeler for ad-hoc requirements to travel and get done with the office needs.
  • You need to take timely feedback and implement improvements in the office.
