- Analysis and Sampling of raw materials, In-process & finished product in microbiology section.
- Preparation of media and maintain the record.
- Maintain the media destruction record.
- Maintain temperature record of instrument in the probiotic qc lab.
- Timely recording of probiotic worksheets,TRN and BMR.
- Maintain media stock log for probiotic.
- Analysis & Reporting of stability sample.
- Carry out fumigation in lab. Calibration of pH meter. Reporting of Laboratory Incidence. Monitoring of PRPs, OPRPs and CCPs.
- Follow GLP. Follow GDP.
- Adhering to safety norms.
