The Executive Manager for Events will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all company events, ensuring they align with the companys objectives and brand image. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for event management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the events strategy in line with the companygoals and objectives.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, product launches, and social events.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the events team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
- Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and other external partners to secure the best services at optimal rates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and senior management, to ensure event objectives are met.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setup.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and produce post-event reports to assess success and areas for improvement.
- Brand Representation: Ensure all events reflect the companybrand identity and uphold its reputation in the market.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelordegree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. . A Masterdegree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 monts of experience in event management, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
