Job Scope

:The person will support initiatives related to behavioral training starting form Training Need Identification to design and delivery of the said modules independently. The primary responsibility will be to provide end to end behavioral training to new and existing employees of the organization. The person will play a vital role in various change initiatives and new programs. H/She will also be involved in understanding & conducting needs analysis, content development, and professional effectiveness programs
