- As an Executive in Learning Development, your primary responsibility is to support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives within the organization
- You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs, create effective learning solutions, and facilitate the growth and development of employees
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis:Collaborate with department heads, managers, and HR to identify learning and development needs within the organization
- Conduct training needs assessments to determine skill gaps and areas for improvement
- Analyze performance data and feedback to identify specific training requirements
- Learning Program Design and Development:Develop comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Design training materials, resources, and tools such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules
- Create engaging and interactive learning content using various instructional design methodologies
- Incorporate blended learning approaches, including online, classroom, and on-the-job training
- Training Delivery and Facilitation:Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of training techniques and methodologies
- Adapt training delivery methods to meet the needs of different learner groups
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
