Key Responsibilities. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of learning programs, courses, and materials.

Collaborate with the Central Learning Operations team to coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation. Monitor and track program enrollment, attendance, and completion rates. Develop and update training materials, such as manuals, guides, and e-learning modules. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance learning experiences.

Support the L&D Manager in communicating with stakeholders regarding program updates and developments. Lead learning analytics and insights to enable decision making and impact on business. Who are we looking for. Experience.

1-3 years of relevant experience in L&D or HR. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Outlook. Skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
