Job Description

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for manufacturing roles, ensuring alignment with company needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and address talent gaps.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Develop a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels.
  • Generate Monthly Recruitment Forecasts (MRF) and track hiring metrics using ATS.
  • Oversee onboarding, including orientation and administrative tasks.
  • Support HR activities such as background checks and record management.
  • Build relationships with educational institutions and talent networks.
