Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Executive role at KEI Wires and Cables located in Delhi, India. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing projects, developing strategies, and ensuring the company's growth and profitability. They will collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to drive business objectives and lead initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Experience in project management, operations management, and business development
- Knowledge of the cable manufacturing industry and market trends
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar executive role is a plus
