Executive – IT

Elior Group, headquartered in France is one of the leading global players in Food services, operating in India since 2017 with presence across metro cities.

We are looking for an IT Executive for our India Business.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of Win & IOS OS, Azure AD, 0365, MS Teams, and MDM.
• Responsible for resolving common problems like network connectivity, password reset, email access, printer, Team/Zoom calls, etc.
• Responsible in receiving and assisting end user requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems, VPN access, etc.
• Good understanding of network (switch, wireless router, firewall) & APP troubleshooting,
• Escalating to a specialized team if unable to diagnose.
• Tracking computers, devices, peripherals, components, and software licenses
• Ability to coordinate with finance/procurement and other support functions for the support.

What's required:

Preferred Graduation/ Diploma in IT Hardware & Networking / BE/BTech.

2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and IT admin with ERP Exposure.

Fluency in English, high on interpersonal skills, should be good with problem solving.

Services/FMCG/Manufacturing Industry:

• Working experience with MS Excel and ERP Tools
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
