Executive - Inventory Control

JD for Executive- Inventory Control

1) Male/Female Graduate with 2-3 years of Experience in inventory/stock control

2) Candidate Should be self-starter, proactive well conversant with Audit requirements

3) Good Knowledge of computer- MS-Excel, MS- Word – Outlook

4) Maintain and update all data related to goods maintained at the warehouse/godown.

5) Following is the Job description of the ideal candidate:

a) Inspect the levels of Selling Items (Finished Goods) & Packaging materials to identify shortages tallying with Challan/Packing Slip from time to time.

b) Ensure product stock is available in the outlet and can cover direct demand from customers

c) Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory

d) Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory

e) Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus

f) Analyse data to anticipate future needs

g) Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure logistics operations smooth.

h) Report to Senior / HOD / Management on stock levels, issues etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Proven experience as inventory executive or similar position

2) Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

3) Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)

4) Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports

5) An analytical mind with strong math skills

6) Good communication and interpersonal abilities

7) Reliable and trustworthy

8) Minimum Graduation with specialization in Materials / Inventory Management.

9) Male candidates are preferred

10) Age 24 -30 years.

11) Relevant Experience 2- 4 years.
