Skills & Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers in North America and India through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and customer requirements in North America and India.
- Understanding of cultural differences and market dynamics in the US and India.
- Proactive self-generating prospects through research, networking, social media, etc. maintaining email campaigns (Appollo.Io), and reporting progress.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for follow-up discussions or product demonstrations. Exude an in-depth understanding of company offerings.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospects, effectively communicating their value.
- 50+ calls daily to North America (note: this role must work U.S.& also Night Shifts).
- Ability to identify and build relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within prospected companies.
- Complex technical, solution-based sales approach to sign new accounts.
- High-level selling skills including Software Solution Selling, Software Service Selling etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies tailored to each market.
- Accurately track and manage sales activities, maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
