As an Inside Sales Executive you will:
- Utilize US calling experience to prospect, fix appointments, and follow up with potential clients.
- Generate leads, create and manage a sales pipeline for the on-site sales team.
- Fix appointments and ensure diligent follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Execute impactful cold calling strategies to reach out to potential clients in the US market.
- Develop a foundational understanding of technology, LinkedIn usage, lead sourcing tools, and IT landscape knowledge. Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, or Power BI is advantageous.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, particularly with exposure to cold calling and US markets.
- Basic understanding of technology-related fields, LinkedIn proficiency, knowledge of lead sourcing tools, awareness of the IT landscape, and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Dynamics CRM.
- Prior experience in cold calling is mandatory. Night shift work experience is expected.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and capability for extensive calling.
