Job Purpose - As Executive - Business IT the incumbent will be responsible for providing support and maintenance to all the on-going IT projects. Participate in the designing of new systems and provide solutions for removing bottlenecks to enhance the systems.
Essential Skills & Experiences
- 2 to 3 years/Fresher having experience in IT domain / Sales Support
- Should have handled/understand SFA, DMS platforms
- Should have knowledge about Android mobile apps
- Should be able to handle multiple activities
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Good coordination with Sales Team
Key Roles & Responsibilities
IT Maintenance & Support
- Responsible for support ticket resolution as per SLA
- Master Data Management
- MIS generation
- Will be responsible for maintaining of mobile applications for the consumer products team
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining application software and system management tools
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
Stakeholder Management
- Provide user training, support, advice and feedback
- High interaction with the IT Team/Sales Team to achieve the deliverables
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
Safety, Security and Budgeting
- Maintain computer information resources, providing for data security and control
