Job Summary:
The Executive HR is responsible for leading and managing the HR department, including
developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support
organizational goals. This role involves overseeing recruitment and selection, employee
relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with
employment laws and regulations. The Executive HR works closely with senior leadership
and employees to foster a productive and inclusive workplace.
Policy framework for inhouse and contract engagement, experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and
objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute HR initiatives that
support business growth.
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent.
Implement best practices for job postings, interviews, and candidate assessments.- Recruitment through on campus for freshers and interns in various disciplines
- Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance
management.- Promote a positive work environment and foster open communication between
employees and management.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to
ensure competitiveness and fairness.- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs and create programs to support
employee growth and skill development.- Implement onboarding programs and ongoing learning opportunities for
employees.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws,
safety standards, and anti-discrimination policies.- Stay informed about changes in HR legislation and implement necessary updates
to policies and practices.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance evaluation processes to assess employee
performance and provide feedback.- Work with managers to create performance improvement plans and provide
coaching as needed.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and measure
the effectiveness of HR programs.- Use data insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR practices.
- Change Management:
- Lead HR-related change management initiatives, such as organizational
restructuring or policy changes.- Support employees and managers through transitions and communicate changes
effectively.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and
satisfaction.- Monitor turnover rates and implement retention strategies to keep top talent.

- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing DEI initiatives.
Monitor DEI metrics and collaborate with leadership to drive progress in this area.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field. A master's degree or HR certification is advantageous.- Experience: 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of
increasing responsibility and leadership.- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and
employment laws and regulations.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for
interacting with employees, management, and external partners.- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills for
managing employee relations.- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with
business goals.- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR data and metrics to
inform decisions.
