What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Attributes: Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive situations with professionalism, and be a proactive team player.
