HR Executive - Contract Labour Management
Responsibilities
- Design compensation and benefits packages for Contract Labour
- Implement performance review procedures for Contract Labour
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques for Contract Labour
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Act as the point of contact / Co-ordinate regarding labor legislation issues / statutory issues.
- Manage employees grievances.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily operations of the Contract Labour in HR department.
Requirements And Skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
- Knowledge of Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Factories Act, Maternity Benefit Act, EPFO, ESI
- Knowledge of proposed new Labour Codes in India (desirable)
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance).
- Demonstrable leadership abilities.
- Solid communication skills.
- Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- MBA in HR (not mandatory) but desirable.
