Timekeeping Management:

  • Oversee the timekeeping system to ensure accurate recording of employee work hours.
  • Monitor and reconcile attendance records, including leaves, overtime, and absences.
  • Implement and enforce time office policies and procedures.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and time-off balances.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR systems and databases.
  • Generate reports and analytics on time office metrics for management review.

Employee Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding time office-related inquiries and issues.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees on timekeeping procedures and policies.
  • Address employee concerns related to attendance, leaves, and scheduling.
