Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Operations Specialist will support the HR Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role involves handling HR systems, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration, ensuring efficient processes and providing support to employees and management.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Support:
  • Assist in the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely entry.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievances.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in coordinating payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
    • Help conduct benefits orientation and assist employees with benefits-related questions.

    • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

    • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
    Support managers with performance evaluations and improvement plans.
    • Help monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
    • Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
    Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

    Jadwal:
    • Monday to Friday
