You will be responsible for handling various HR and administrative tasks. You will also play a key role in coordinating between different departments to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing office supplies, and ensuring a conducive work environment.
Coordinate and communicate between different departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support in organizing company events and meetings.
- Provide assistance with payroll processing and other HR-related documentation.
MBA (Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
