Job Description
Role Accountability 1. Conduct timely review & restart of eligible declined apps on a daily basis to ensure accounts contribution target is met
- Understand applicable credit/risk policies and regulatory guidelines to review the applications for any possible deviations
- Conduct process reviews and suggest improvement areas, leading to process improvements
- Liaison with various departments to ensure application curing within TAT
- Conduct review of GC Q Cases on a regular basis & take decisions as per guidelines
- Perform re-review of re-declined apps to ensure higher throughtput
- Ensure Quality Metrics are met as defined by business for declined application reviews
- Ensure timely review & resolution of sales queries
- Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) 1. Process accuracy %
- Productivity targets as per SLA (application throughput rate, application review TAT, GC Q Decisioning TAT, query response TAT)
- Process adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) 1. Basic awareness of Credit Card Sales & Operations process
