Financial Reporting:Generating and preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial statements as required
Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies
Financial Analysis:Conducting financial analysis to interpret and evaluate financial performance, identify trends, variances, and key financial indicators
Providing insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis to support decision-making processes
Budgeting and Forecasting:Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for the organization
Monitoring budget performance, analyzing variances, and identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement
Financial Planning and Strategy:Supporting the development and implementation of financial plans, strategies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Participating in strategic financial planning discussions and providing input on financial implications and feasibility of strategic initiatives
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable:Managing accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, credit management, and reconciliation of customer accounts
Overseeing accounts payable processes, vendor management, invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation of supplier accounts
Financial Compliance and Controls:Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control procedures
Conducting periodic reviews, audits, and assessments to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and mitigate risks
Financial Systems and Processes:Utilizing financial systems and software applications to streamline financial processes, data management, and reporting
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancement within the Finance function
Financial Stakeholder Management:Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Finance team members, department heads, and senior management, to provide financial insights, analysis, and support
Communicating effectively with external stakeholders, such as auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions, as necessary
