Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive - EXIM. The Executive - EXIM will be responsible for managing export-import operations, coordinating with international clients, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and preparing documentation for shipments. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders.
Must Have Knowledge of
- Sales Contract for forward booking
- Bank Coordination for TT payment swift copy follows and export bill following LC charge amendment chargelodgement advice charge.
- Export LC draft approval shipment container planning.
- Preparing packaging list & Check list approval, pre shipping document making.
- BL draft approval & DGFT coo apply & ICE GATE duty draw back Info.
- Post shipping Export documentation submits to bank.
- Shipping bill flow & Bill of entry
- Export CFS charge and truck charge liner payment IGST refund flow
- Scheduling monthly & Weekly activities
- Daily monitoring inventory level and ensuring FIFO
- Preparing work orders based on customers PO's
- Obtaining GRN & GIN for the material using SAP
- Monitoring and ensuring the inventory of materials physical & digital as equal
- Preparation of invoice & Arranging shipments
- LC preparation and amendments letter of creditdocumentation specialist
- Customs clearance of Import & Export materials
- Maintain two bin System (Max Min) levels
- Preparing Bill of materials for new components
Qualifications
- 3- 5 years experience in export-import operations and customs regulations
- Knowledge of international trade and logistics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
