Job description:
We are looking for a qualified and highly coordinated Executive in e-commerce with 2-3 years of
experience The role will oversee the development and utility of our company & income-generating
sites.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement e-commerce activities. Drive cataloging, merchandising, product assortment, and brand store cum on-site improvements.
Provide sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online stores.
Maintain business partnerships. Coordinate with Clients/Partners on Product Pricing, Inventory, operations, Weekly Offers/ Discounts, and promotional strategies.
Execute activities driven by data analysis
Experience in inventory management.
Working with buying, marketing, finance, and supply chain team members to ensure key deliverables of the account are met. Building strong inter-departmental relations.
Owning the weekly, and seasonal reports of the account/partner.
Primary/ Must Have Skills
Bachelor's/ Master's degree from fashion colleges preferred.
Proven experience of 2-3 years on e-commerce platforms/ key account management or relevant experience
Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working
environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-
person.
Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on
Beginner/Intermediate Excel skills.
Secondary/ Must Have Skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player, Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
Proficient in Excel and conversant with Marketplace dashboards.
Sound understanding of eCommerce SOPs and best practices.
