We are seeking a professional to become part of digital marketing team in our organization. This role is crucial in enhancing digital marketing initiatives in terms of campaign management, content management and data analysis and reporting.
KEY ACTIVITES
Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, and paid advertising.
- Work closely with team members to ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain project timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of activities
Website and Content Management:
- Coordinate content creation and publishing schedules for digital channels.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage content calendars and workflows.
- Review and audit website content, UI/UX and submit actionable recommendations
- Understand customer journey on the website and use various tools to measure the efficacy of the content for customer engagement
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Familiarity with website data and web analytics tools Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Expert in MS Office, particularly advanced excel and powerpoint.
- Assist in gathering, analysing, and interpreting website data into meaningful outcomes on a regular basis
- Review regular performance reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations.
Digital Asset Management:
- Organize and maintain digital assets, including images, videos, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure assets are correctly labelled, stored, and accessible to team members as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing domain. Hospitality experience is desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.
- Good Technical skills web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics), SEO/SEM tools.
- Good understanding of content marketing strategies and good communication skills.
- Should be a very good team player
- Adaptable to the high pressure and fast moving work environment
- Pleasing personality and can do attitude.
- Working knowledge of MS office Words, PowerPoint, Excel.
