Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEM, social media, display ads, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Align marketing efforts with product development and customer success strategies by collaborating with product, data, and tech teams, while also working with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Track key growth metrics and KPIs, presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Showcase your ability to significantly impact campaigns, such as contributing to app downloads or increasing user engagement and conversions through strategic interventions.
Monitor market trends, reporting back to the team and leadership where appropriate on any changes.
Who you are:
1+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably using tech tools or working with agencies.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
Proficiency in using advanced marketing tools such as Google Analytics and advertising tech platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Prior experience in budget planning and management is required, with additional experience in programmatic advertising and display networks considered a plus.
