Your Role
As a
Concierge Executive serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. This role requires a customer-centric approach to anticipate, address, and exceed guest expectations by offering personalized services, handling requests, and providing expert recommendations. The Concierge Executive is the face of personalized service and a critical touchpoint for guest satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable experiences for every visitor.
About You
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
