Qualification
- Ability to read and write English
- Able to converse in English
- Have received professional training either at work/school/college
- Have an experience in professional kitchen
- Expertise in Indian, Indo-Chinese and Continental
Requirements
- Most importantly willing to learn.
- Work with employer to produce satisfactory food based on the feedback.
- Ability to set up weekly menu
- Ability to create list of groceries and procure
- Exposed to serving etiquettes
- Exposed to fine dining places
