Designation: Executive - Chef
Job Profile:
- To visit potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to Demonstrate and present company offerings and get new customer and get new order.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to reporting Manager.
- Should possess knowledge of preparing various Indian and Italian Cuisine menu.
- Should possess an outgoing/ charming personality and should be able to interact with
customers during the Demo.
- Finalize new product recipes by proactively organizing panel interactions for feedback.
- Conduct primary research jointly with the sales and marketing team to identify the need gaps and white spaces in the processed tomato category. Based on research, develop products to acquire new business or retain existing business for the company.
Train sales staff on product USPs and assist in the preparation of marketing material for customer presentations.
Stay up-to-date on the Indian Food Industry practices and latest technologies by attending seminars, studying publications.
Menu development using existing Kagome Products, to improve product adoption.
Support marketing team in understanding the current need gaps, chef's concerns and hence develop new product concepts.
