Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- To provide overall operations and monitoring of CCTV, alarms.
- To perform all required system and other checks or duties given, and handle and document inquiries and escalate as required.
- To use the CCTV equipment in the shared services area of observation to help detect and deter crime and anti-social behavior.
- Provide high quality evidence to allow enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.
- To maintain flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours.
Skills
- Proven experience as monitoring of CCTV or similar position
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
- Good communications skills, oral and written
- Positive attitude, Results oriented and tenacious
