This role requires complete sales process starting from lead generation to demoing our product to proposal submission to negotiations to contract signings and funds inflow.
This role requires significant interaction with clients, which may be face-to-face or over the telephone.
Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services in turn generate new business leads and arrange meetings; and follow-up calls
Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy developing effective sales plans using sales methodology.
Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
Handling RFP s, RFI s, conduct sales presentations and to create the sales channel for the management.
Managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals.
To track funds inflow from clients post contract signing and ensure timely collection of receivables from clients
Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
To participate in conferences and create visibility for the product and company.
Key Capabilities:Experience in banking and financial services sector is preferred
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/task simultaneously
Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
Excellent problem solving critical thinking abilities is a must
Ability to work with senior management of Client organisations
Excellent negotiation skills and Flexibility to travel extensively to client locations
Basic IT skills
