1)Male Candidate with Graduation from Commerce Stream

2)Experience shall be from 2-3 year in Accounts and Finance Dept

3)Candidate Should be self-starter, proactive well conversant with billing.

4)Good Computer Knowledge Like MS Office Excel, Word Etc., Outlook, Tally Prime-3.0

5)Problem Solving ability

6)Should follow up with warehouse for material dispatch and prepare the bill

7)He shall be working specifically from evening 7 pm to 1 am in the night

Following is the job Description:

A)The candidate is responsible for generating invoices for the dispatches made in the night time

B)He needs to follow up with the warehouse for dispatches made in evening time

C)He should have good knowledge of bill generation and knowledge of GST and all relevant taxes

D)The bill generated should be error free

E)The Candidate shall report to his HOD regarding any problem faced by him

F)The bills generated shall be shared to Accounts and Finance dept and warehouse person.

G)Should have knowledge of E- invoicing and E-way bills.
