- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- The candidate will be responsible for checking if and how properties in our company portfolio are positioned on the various distribution channels (the main OTAs in particular).
- The check will also aim to verify the presence of properties with multiple affiliations.
- Website verification/thorough check on web if we are positioned well
- Uploading/updating attributes of property/s in our database
- The candidate will also provide assistance to the sales network team in loading contracts into the company database/system.
- The check will take place by simulating a search for properties on each of the aforementioned portals, using all available search criteria:
- Controls the quality of information on existing adverts of HHH on various portals, communicates this, and if needed amends errors.
- Assistance in Admin tasks
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 or more years of experience with Data handling
