Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the Chairman.- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and employees for various action points.
- Take minutes during internal meetings, highlighting relevant action points, and follow up on these actions.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chairman from time to time.- Coordinate travel arrangements, handle payment coordination, and follow up on assignments.
Manage appointments, follow up on actions, and communicate agendas for meetings to concerned parties.
- Represent the office of the Chairman with the utmost honesty, confidentiality, and sincerity.
Plan and manage the Chairman's calendar in a professional manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
