The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
Assist the Managing Director in daily/weekly / monthly tasks
Interface (point of contact) clients of Managing Director and
team/ clients
Read, sort, highlight, and respond to emails on behalf of the
Managing Director as may be required
Handle all personal passwords, credit card, bank accounts,
files and all contact details ( personal and organizational)
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming
correspondence (e- mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Responsible for setting up meetings, appointments, travel
schedules, and other secretarial tasks.
Prepare & organize minutes of Meeting agendas, etc.
Accompany the Managing director to the meeting with the
customers/showroom ( sometimes)
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly
reports
Other tasks instructed by the Managing Director from time to
time
Create and maintain spreadsheets using advanced MS Excel
functions to develop reports/ MIS.
Skill Sets Expected
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal
relationships at all levels of the company
MS Office, computer, and English proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Total Experience: 6 Years
