Job purpose:Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Director and managing the organization's office operations. Requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain the Director calendar and scheduling
- Draft emails and maintain the email account with strict confidentiality
Prepare minutes of the meetings in the Director's meeting- Follow-up and get the delegated work to the internal staff done on time and as per expectation
Follow-up with third-party individuals or companies for a different kind of work to be received or given
- Manage and organize the Director's task list in a proper format
Maintain the Director's contact and address book- Organise travel bookings with agencies
Maintain a professional relationship with the Directors of the business network
- Traveling with Directors as per requirement
- Required Experience & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in secretarial and executive assistant activities
* Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
